5-Week Beginner Hatha Yoga Series with Judson Nichols

judson_assistWe all have to start somewhere: learn the basics of yoga in order to feel comfortable in other classes.
Take it slow. Worried you won’t be able to keep up? This class is gently paced. Judson will show you how to do a pose, then talk you through it. If you don’t understand, you can even ask questions!

Focus on YOU. Every body is different. Judson provides suggestions for how to modify poses based on your body’s idiosyncrasies, whether due to age, injury, weight, or your unique structure.

Walk away with something tangible. By the end of this series, you’ll have a solid understanding of basic yoga postures. That means you can feel comfortable in other classes at the studio or while practicing at home.

$75 per student

Makeup Policy: If you miss a class, you can make it up by attending one of Judson’s other regular classes free of charge.
