This 6-week series will break down the foundational aspects of vinyasa yoga, including postural alignment, pranayama, drishti or gaze point meditation, and bandha control.
Learn how to create strength, length, core stability, and focused awareness.
Whether you want to learn a complete therapeutic fitness system, or a fun new way to create meditation in motion, this series will give you the opportunity to do both!
