6-week Beginner Yoga & Nutrition Series with Sarah Fields

In this 6-week series you will learn a variety of yoga postures and breathing techniques practiced in a typical flow-type yoga class, while also building your strength, flexibility, and health in a supportive environment.
Each week will build on knowledge from the previous weeks. You’ll receive several handouts and be encouraged to try a new healthy food each week.
Each class features 60 minutes of yoga instruction and a 30 minute discussion on the fundamentals of good nutrition.
This series will help you build a strong foundation and will prepare you for most of the other classes offered at the studio.
