Create health with yoga and nutrition. In this 6-week series you will learn a variety of yoga postures and breathing techniques practiced in a typical flow-type yoga class, while also building your strength, flexibility, and health in a supportive environment. Each week will build on knowledge from the previous weeks. You’ll receive several handouts and be encouraged to try a new healthy food each week.
