When the breath is steady, so is the mind.
Discover how you breathe, and then learn how to deepen and steady that breath.
Energize, heal, recharge and replenish with standing pranayamas that will bring you closer to the Divine.
Each class will begin with a gentle asana warm up that will lead into the pranayama focus of the day, and end with a short meditation and time to explore the effects of that days practice.
