The combination of Jen’s Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga techniques along with the added alignment assistance provided by the ropes wall will lessen the learning curve tremendously and allow you to discover what yoga poses should feel like rather than what you think they should feel like.
Invert safely without any pressure on your head or neck and experience the joy of spinal traction – hang happily after just a few minutes of instruction!
