A Fresh Start: 4-Week Beginner Ropes Series with Jen Beyt Coffin

This 4-week beginner class will focus on using the ropes wall to establish good form from the start.
Learn basic yoga postures that will provide you with a solid foundation.
Lessen the learning curve by gaining more a immediate understanding of what yoga poses should feel like versus what you think they should feel like.
Jen will feature creative rope work that will:
- Create spinal traction.
- Stretch and strengthen most of your muscles.
- Tone your abdominal muscles.
- Deepen your understanding of forward bends and back bends.
- Allow you to safely invert.
$80 per student
