If you’ve just completed our Total Beginner 4-Week Series, this is the next step. This series will encourage you onward and help you properly calibrate your yoga goals so they resonate with your lifestyle.
Class size is limited to 10 people. All supplies provided.
Class meets Mondays, February 7, 14, 21 & 28 from 12:00 – 1:00p.
