Breath & Meditation 4-Week Series with Jill Frere

An event every week that begins at 6:30pm on Monday, repeating until January 12, 2023
The class will start with some breathing exercises to purify and calm the mind. Then a meditation will be offered. These may include visualization, sound repetition, object focus and meditation on the Self. The goal being to quiet the mind and to attain some inner peace.

$80 per meditator.
