In this 6-week series for beginners or anyone wanting to get back to the basics, you will receive a strong foundation for your yoga practice by breaking down a series of poses. Each week we will work within the series to not only familiarize you with the postures but to introduce you to modifications. Using props, chairs, and the wall to modify we will make building your own practice more accessible. Your questions are always welcome in this yoga building blocks breakdown.
Each class within the series will build on the previous one so pre-registration is recommended.
