Building Blocks Breakdown Level II: 6-Week Series with Meghan Henley

In this slower paced 6-week series for all levels you will break down a sequence of poses using the wall, props, and chairs to gently work your body into proper alignment. Each week we will work within the series to not only familiarize you with the postures but to introduce you to modifications when necessary. You will receive hands on adjustments to benefit your practice and questions are encouraged in this yoga building blocks breakdown.
Participation in the Level 1 series is not a pre-requisite for taking this series. Each class within this series will build on the previous one so pre-registration is recommended.
