An event every week that begins at 12:00pm on Wednesday, repeating until June 20, 2018
Beat the heat with Yoga! Sure you could crank up your AC, or you could try turning down your internal thermostat. The initial poses will release heat and toxins from the body. The ending poses calm the central nervous system and lower the heart rate. The class will end with pranayama and meditation leaving you relaxed, refreshed and cooler for the rest of your day.
$10 for drop in or $40 for the whole series
