Dance Flow, Yoga & Meditation 4-Week Series with Jill Frere

Jill is a professional dancer and choreographer in addition to a yoga professional. Over the course of 4 classes, she’ll teach some dance flow movement to move the body in a fluid and fun way, focusing on creating confident weight transfers and joint mobility. Classes will also feature traditional yoga poses and stretches followed by a deep savasana. The classes will build upon each other so you can learn a dance and yoga sequence.
The last quarter of class is an exploration into different types of meditation. A different meditation style will be introduced each week. It’s recommended you bring your own meditation cushion. Chairs and blankets for mediation are available at the studio.
This class is suitable for all levels and abilities.
$80 f0r for 4 sessions.
