Early Morning Beginner Series with Kim Lomonaco

Begin your day the right way!
Stepping into a yoga class for the first time can be daunting when you have not been exposed to the movements and vocabulary used in a class. This series is intended for complete beginners and will help you uncover the benefits of an ancient system that offers greater flexibility, balance, strength, and concentration.
In this series you can expect to learn poses (and the names that go with them!), basic anatomy, safety for your body, breathing, and concentration techniques. All portions of the class will be taught slowly, clearly, and in an interactive environment that encourages questions and discussion. By the end of the series you will feel empowered to practice basic yoga on your own, or better yet, attend other classes offered here at Glowing Body to further your practice repertoire!
$100 per student.
