Foundations of Flow 4-Week Series with Kim Picklap

Review common yoga poses, develop breath coordination, and learn how they marry together to create an experience of moving meditation in flow style classes. Expect to gain new skills so that you can enjoy confidently moving like YOU.
This series is appropriate for flow yoga beginners, as well as established yoga students seeking to refine their skills or to incorporate more dynamic movement into their practice.
Week 1 : Weight Shifting
Master moving your weight between your feet, your hands, and back again.
Week 2: Hip Health
Explore the many actions our hips are capable of and how they are accessed in flow based movement.
Week 3: Common Transitions
Break down commonly used transitions to better understand efficiency of movement and breath control.
Week 4: Use Your Foundation to Flow
Blend your new skills in a fun and dynamic flow.
$80 per student.
Class limited to 10 students.
