Functional Breath Work Workshop with Anita Garrett

Discover your subtle breath in every day life and on the yoga mat. Blending traditional pranayama and innovative research the workshop will offer opportunities to notice, learn and find ease.
Start with breath observation and self assessment. Continue to gentle poses and pranayama. (Alternate nostril breathing, slow breath holds). Finish with a slow flow while keeping the breath pace controlled.
