Are you a yoga teacher, massage therapist or a person with back pain?
This weekend is for you!

Licensed Massage Therapists may earn 13 massage therapy CEU credits (Provider # 810703)

Learn therapeutic application of yoga for back, neck and shoulder conditions. A national expert in yoga’s structural benefits, Lillah offers this signature course to help you tap into yoga’s healing and strengthening power.

Experience the healing principles rooted in the science of yoga. Explore fundamental yoga poses based in the science of anatomy, physiology, and the alignment principles of yoga. You will gain confidence in your ability to self-heal and have additional understanding and skills to share.

Friday, 6-9pm – Introduction, presentation and practice
Saturday, 10am-1pm & 2:30-5:30pm – Investigate core strength, spinal extension, neck and shoulder relief
Sunday, 8:30am-12:30pm – Breathing practices for pain management and peace, how to build tone, weekend review.



You can expect to:

• Learn safe, reliable poses for a healthier, stronger back.
• Come to understand back pain as a healing guide.
• Experience clear guidance on pose execution.

About Lillah

A nationally recognized expert in yoga’s structural benefits, Lillah Schwartz offers her signature course to help you tap into yoga’s healing and strengthening power. For over three decades students have found relief with her guidance. Yoga teachers can increase their knowledge on “spinal-care” as it relates to their teaching, and students can learn new techniques to improve their daily life.

$60 individual sessions on Friday or Saturday, $75 for Sunday.
Whole weekend $235 and includes a copy of her book!
