philipBoost your yoga practice by increasing total body strength with kettlebells.

Kettlebell lifting can build core strength while stabilizing joints and improving cardiovascular fitness. Over the course of this 6-week series, Philip will target various muscle groups and by the end of class you will have a solid sequence specifically designed to compliment your yoga practice. As a result, you’ll gain confidence in difficult standing poses, arm balances, and inversions by improving balance, agility, and stamina.

  • Week 1 & 2 – abdominal core
  • Week 3 & 4 – upper body core
  • Week 5 & 6 – lower body core

$100 per student
