Kettlebell Flow with Philip Clift

Boost your yoga practice by increasing total body strength with kettlebells.
Kettlebell lifting can build core strength while stabilizing joints and improving cardiovascular fitness. Over the course of this 6-week series, Philip will target various muscle groups and by the end of class you will have a solid sequence specifically designed to compliment your yoga practice. As a result, you’ll gain confidence in difficult standing poses, arm balances, and inversions by improving balance, agility, and stamina.
- Week 1 & 2 – abdominal core
- Week 3 & 4 – upper body core
- Week 5 & 6 – lower body core
