Find a fresh perspective to your understanding of the asanas using the ropes wall.
Learn to use the ropes wall as a tool to feel safely supported by traction in order to strengthen your spine, expand your movements, and anchor your yoga poses.
Experience greater alignment and opening in your standing poses, back bends and forward bends as well intelligently easing into inversions.
Limited to 12 students so pre-registration is recommended.
