Emotions get in the way of seeing clearly often times (in life, and on the mat). Leverage from the ropes and slings are reliable and will give you consistent results.

Achieve many “a-ha!” moments. Ropes work helps you pick up on deep core engagement so you can embody it and so you can use those skills in your life off the mat.

Yoga is feedback, it’s a creative process, it’s mental & physical brainstorming. This workshop is brainstorming that gives relevance to your experience.
