An event every week that begins at 6:30pm on Sunday, repeating until January 27, 2019

We invite The Glowing Body community to participate in this 30 day meditation challenge. You can learn and utilize compassionate self-discipline, the will to take positive steps in your life. In 30 days you can uncover your relationship with self-discipline, rid yourself of self-punishment, and find self-acceptance, presence, and awareness. Follow the Cheri Huber book, Making a Change for Good: A Guide to Compassionate Self-Discipline.  Feel free to start on Monday, January 1st, and we’ll meet every Sunday to share our experiences and offer each other support.
