Join Nora Vines for an engaging, playful, and relaxing yoga class. The class will nurture connection between children and their caring adults through the practice of healthy skills such as self-regulation, mindfulness, and creative body movement.

Children and caregivers should dress for movement. This workshop is appropriate for children ages 3-10.
Nora Vines is the mother of three young children. She is a former Kindergarten and 1st grade teacher. Currently, Nora is a professor of early childhood education in the department of Child & Family Studies at The University of Tennessee. Nora is also a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200). She completed yoga teacher training at The Glowing Body in 2018 and, more recently, Kids Yoga Teacher Training at Asheville Yoga Center in 2021. She teaches group classes at The Glowing Body and community yoga at Edgewood Community Park. Nora approaches practicing and teaching yoga with curiosity and humor. She believes that movement and stillness, even when challenging, can feel good.
Masks are required for this workshop.
$30 for child/caregiver pair and $15 for an additional child.
