Prenatal Yoga 4-Week Series with Kim Lomonaco

For total beginners and seasoned yogis seeking to adapt an existing practice to a growing belly.

We’ll focus on increasing whole-body mobility, developing nuanced awareness, reducing stress, and increasing mindfulness in preparation for labor and motherhood. We’ll even use the ropes wall to traction spines and create some space!

Meet other moms-to-be and share in the wonderful experience of pregnancy together.

Class is limited to 8 mommas.

Masks are required in this series.

$80 for 4 classes.
