Prenatal Yoga Series with Jen Schappel, LMT, ERYT

For total beginners and seasoned yogis seeking to adapt an existing practice to a growing belly. We’ll focus on increasing whole-body mobility, developing nuanced awareness of the core and pelvic floor, reducing stress, and increasing mindfulness in preparation for labor and motherhood. Drop-ins are welcome but mamas who sign up for the whole series receive $5 off a prenatal massage with Jen!
