- Created exclusively for beginners, you will learn alignment techniques to keep you practicing safely and breathing exercises to support your practice from the inside out.
- Props for support and modifications – including the Ropes Wall – will be introduced.
Start your practice safely in a welcoming environment, with specific emphasis on your personal alignment needs.
This series is limited to 12 participants so early registration recommended.
