Sandra Heinig, RYT-200
Sandra is RYT200 certified from our excellent Glowing Body Teacher Training program with Cindy Dollar in 2013/2014, received her Relax and Renew® (Restorative Yoga) certification from Judith Hanson Lasater, PHD, PT in 2016, and is a forever student of yoga. Beginning her practice in 2009 to heal an injury and a need for a new challenge, slowly she found yoga inspired a transformation of her life. After practicing for years, she wanted to learn more about yoga and deepen her personal practice. Now, whether you are a beginner or are along the path of your personal yoga practice, she is part of the Glowing Body team offering yoga classes so that others can experience the alignment of the body, the stillness of the mind, and the restoration of the spirit. She wants to make yoga accessible, so others can experience the transformational process of yoga!
