Tall at the Wall: 4-Week Series with Andrea Cartwright

andrea_studioThis 4-week series is an Iyengar-inspired course. The program is designed to teach how one can access their “Energy¬†Body“-a source essential to health that results in a feeling of well-being. By slowing the breath and using simple, readily accessible props, it will be possible to integrate the use of one’s intrinsic and extrinsic muscles and thereby achieve a state of being both grounded and, most importantly, lifted from deep within-thus tall at the wall! The course will also focus on ease of breathing, making possible a heightened awareness that enables one to become more fully present in the moment.

Andrea’s background includes extensive training with nationally recognized experts in Iyengar, as well as Sivananda, Kripalu, and Svaroopa yoga.

This series is perfect for individuals who want to access the benefits of a yoga practice in a less physically assertive way.

$45 per student
