Many clients have symptoms related to lower back pain. This area of the central channel is an important meeting point of different structures and systems: musculoskeletal, visceral, nervous, fascial and energetic. They all converge to serve the numerous levels of human functions.

During this course, we will focus on the spine and lower back in order to improve vertebral mobility, restore vitality and bring fluidity of movement back to the body. We will use dynamic and static techniques coming from Thai massage and OsteoThai.

A special focus on the spine, and mainly the lower back area, in order to help improve vertebrae mobility, restore vitality and bring back ease of movement. We will use special dynamic and static techniques coming from Thai massage and Osteopathy. We also will approach the craniosacral system to release the dura mater.
