Get the full yoga package: In this series, you’ll learn foundational yoga poses in the Dharma Yoga system. In addition to practicing these gentle yet powerful balancing, stretching, back bending, twisting, and inverted postures, you’ll also explore Deep Relaxation, breathing exercises, and concentration/meditation to bring a sense of well-being to the body and radiant peace to the mind. Geared toward absolute beginners, you can expect slow and clear instruction and demonstration.
