Yin and Yang Egg-sperience

Jason Scholder, developer of the Three Minute Egg® Block, will teach two nourishing classes using Eggs.
The morning “Yang” class will focus on standing postures; including a graceful warm-up, a confidence building victory pose and a luxurious warm-down.
Class will meet from 10:00am – 12:30pm
The “Yin” session in the afternoon will give you time to settle into some longer-held, deep-stretch postures leaving us plenty of time to relax and restore.
Class will meet from 2:30pm – 5:00pm
All levels welcome. Teachers encouraged.
Classes may be attended individually.
$80 for both sessions or $50 per session.
About Jason:
After 5 years of doing yoga and a lifetime of back pain, Jason Scholder created the Three Minute Egg® to make the practice he needed more accessible to him. Together with numerous yoga masters, he’s developed a style of Egg-centric Yoga that anyone can enjoy. Jason is a Yoga Alliance certified 200 hour RYT and has the good fortune of being asked to travel hither and yon leading 3ME workshops.
