Yoga for Emotional Ease with Tammy Kaousias

This workshop is based on a specific sequence of postures that help to progressively calm the mind, balance energies, stimulate positive thinking and bring quietness to the body. Though we can’t promise you will experience all of these benefits, we think in this season of time-change and allergies, an opportunity to rest and renew is always a good idea! The practice will end with breathing techniques and a guided meditation. This is similar to restorative in that it has long supported holds of a posture, however the muscle involvement is more intentional/active and instructed.

(Note: There are supported inversions in this practice. Familiarity with inversions is helpful but not necessary.)

$35 per student

**Sign up is limited so there there will be plenty of opportunity to make sure the body is in a position to receive the benefit of the pose.
