Yoga for Pregnancy & Postpartum 4-Week Series with Allison Elliott

A yoga series for beginners or experienced yoga practitioners who are pregnant or have had a baby.
Connect with other parents as we explore key muscles and breathing which will support your well-being in the transition through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. We will develop strength, and create space, to improve the aches and pains of pregnancy, with special attention to core and pelvic floor health.
You will receive a link for a recorded class which you may use to practice at home. The recorded class will be available to you during this course and beyond!
