Learn how to support your monthly rhythm and approach hormonal shifts with greater mindfulness and ease.
Class begins on a New Moon for discussion and meditation and follows one lunar phase to illustrate how our monthly cycle reflects nature. Practice different styles of yoga and meditation each week.
All levels welcome.
$55 for the whole series or $15 to drop-in on a class.
