Learn how to support your monthly rhythm and approach hormonal shifts with greater mindfulness and ease.
As women, our moods and energy levels can shift from week to week depending on our monthly cycle. When we try to push through these ebbs and flows in an effort to be more “linear,” we ignore the times our body invites us to rest and turn inward. More often than not, PMS is the result. In this workshop, we’ll explore ways to sync your life and your yoga practice to your cycle with the intention to reframe and refresh our experience. In the spirit of connecting with other women, your personal stories and experiences are a welcome part of this workshop.
