This workshop breaks down the mechanics of down-regulation before your body has a breakdown. Learn how to breathe correctly with sedating exercises from yoga, body therapy, meditation, and self-massage. You will unbind muscular tension, relieve anxiety and enter into a profound state of relaxation. Learn the benefits of Yoga Nidra, or “Yogic Sleep”, and master the art of “Blissing Out.”
