The Art of  Thai Yoga Massage – An Introduction with Kelly Scott

This course sets the nature of Thai Yoga Massage by exploring Thai history, theory, and elements. This is an innovative class incorporating Thai yoga for therapists working on the massage table. Content will include a full-body Thai yoga treatment, safe effective stretching techniques, and improved body mechanics for practitioners. We will also observe foundational principles of yoga elements applied in Thai massage. This course is perfect for the traditionally trained therapist looking to refresh and deepen their work with less strain on their hands and wrists.

  • You do not have to use linens, or oils and no one needs to undress.
  • For sanitation purposes, it is easy to wipe everything down.

I’ve suffered from back and neck pain like anyone else, yet I have been able to achieve positive results by utilizing a routine with bolsters and therapeutic balls as well as working to strengthen my core via exercises, which has added assurances and longevity to my massage career.
