Metta in Mexico Thai/Yoga Retreat

Metta in Mexico – Head, Heart, Hara
OsteoThai, Yoga & Meditation Retreat in Sayulita, Mexico
with Kelly Scott

Intention: Metta (Loving Kindness)

You can know the most amazing techniques, but what really defines how good your massage will be is your touch. If your touch is one of listening, it is out of softness ~ filled with Metta. We will cultivate metta through the study of Thai yoga massage and daily yoga and meditation practices. Love is universal medicine.

OsteoThai Instructor – Kelly Scott, LMT, RTT, MOT

We are excited to share this in-residence training in the warm loving culture of Mexico for the 3rd annual year.  – We will kick off the new year with Osteothai Training in Sayulita Mexico. Our focus will be Head, Heart, and Hara (head, neck & shoulders).

In order to find balance we must first find our center.

Our Head aligns our vision, words, and thoughts and our focus. The Heart, our spiritual center, our inborn compass (there do I dwell), and Hara, our power of will, and source of life.

This training is OsteoThai focused.

When we have alignment within us, we have power.  The power is in the present moment and living in the present gives us the energy to manifest abundance in all categories of our life, including our dreams.

We will focus both structurally and functionally within the body mechanism to explore where blocked energy is stored, known as pain and suffering, with a special focus on the diaphragm as king of the respiratory system.

This is a 30-hour continued education course approved by NCBTMB.

Everyone is welcome to join in the healing journey.

Isle Marietas

The Marietas Islands were originally formed many thousands of years ago by volcanic activity and are completely uninhabited. In the late 1960s, the government eventually decided to declare the islands a national park and therefore protected against any fishing, hunting, or human activity.

Protection by the government has created an environment conducive to the development of the marine ecosystem and is a popular location for snorkeling and scuba diving. During whale watching tours, people often report seeing sea turtlesmanta raysoctopuses, wild dolphinshumpback whales, and thousands of species of tropical fish around the islands. The islands are also home to a few thousand birds, with species such as the blue-footed booby.

Registration is open.
