You can know the most amazing techniques, but what really defines how good your massage will be is your touch. If your touch is one of listening, it is out of softness ~ filled with Metta. We will cultivate metta through the study of Thai yoga massage and daily yoga and meditation practices. Love is universal medicine.
In order to find balance we must first find our center.
Our Head aligns our vision, words, and thoughts and our focus. The Heart, our spiritual center, our inborn compass (there do I dwell), and Hara, our power of will, and source of life.
This training is OsteoThai focused.
When we have alignment within us, we have power. The power is in the present moment and living in the present gives us the energy to manifest abundance in all categories of our life, including our dreams.
We will focus both structurally and functionally within the body mechanism to explore where blocked energy is stored, known as pain and suffering, with a special focus on the diaphragm as king of the respiratory system.
This is a 30-hour continued education course approved by NCBTMB.
Open to everyone, no experience necessary!
Welcome, all adventurous soul seekers who desire to connect with themselves on a deeper level and with their community. Setting Intentions gives context to everything we do. Our Intention on this wellness travel journey is on ” Metta” the act of loving-kindness.
Join us on this journey of the full expression of SELF-LOVE.
A charming fishing village on Mexico’s Pacific coast backed by the Sierra Madre Occidental mountains, Sayulita is a hidden gem with picturesque beaches, quaint restaurants, and delectable food. Unlike some other Mexican towns, tourists mingle with locals in a relaxed atmosphere, without the hustle and bustle of major touristy resorts. It offers world-class surfing, kayaking, snorkeling, boating, fishing, whale watching, cycling, horseback riding on secluded beaches, and treks through the jungles surrounding, just minutes from the hotel. And there is always the option of unwinding under a palm tree with a good book.

The Marietas Islands were originally formed many thousands of years ago by volcanic activity and are completely uninhabited. In the late 1960s, the government eventually decided to declare the islands a national park and therefore protected against any fishing, hunting, or human activity.
Protection by the government has created an environment conducive to the development of the marine ecosystem and is a popular location for snorkeling and scuba diving. During whale watching tours, people often report seeing sea turtles, manta rays, octopuses, wild dolphins, humpback whales, and thousands of species of tropical fish around the islands. The islands are also home to a few thousand birds, with species such as the blue-footed booby.
