Marrying a passion for treating the whole person and a diverse educational background and skill set, Dr. Sarah Fields integrates her experience and expertise to develop an individualized treatment plan to help you move with less pain and more ease. Sarah is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, as well as a certified yoga teacher, health coach, and licensed massage therapist.

Based on your needs and goals, Sarah will incorporate multiple modalities and therapies with the intent to treat the whole body, resolve joint and neuromuscular dysfunction, improve movement patterns, address need for lifestyle modifications, and ultimately empower you in your healthcare!

Pricing

Dr. Sarah is operating on a self-pay model which means she can address patient needs without being influenced by an insurance company. Clients are required to wear masks, and Sarah will be following strict santitation protocols. 

Injury Screening – 30 Minutes, $55

Initial Evaluation – 1 Hour, $200

Physical Therapy Treatments – 1 Hour, $150

Private Yoga Session – 1 hour, $90
