Breath & Meditation with Jill Frere


Mondays, February 4th-25th, 6:00-6:45pm



The class will start with some breathing exercises to purify and calm the mind. Then a meditation will be offered. These may include visualization, sound repetition, object focus and meditation on the Self. The goal being to quiet the mind and to attain some inner peace.

This class will be held sitting, there are no active poses. You will leave feeling peaceful and recharged.

Jill will be donating her proceeds to OXFAM.

OXFAM is a global organization working to end the injustice of poverty. They help people build better futures for themselves, hold the powerful accountable, and save lives in disasters. Their mission is to tackle the root causes of poverty and create lasting solutions.
