As one of the limbs of Patanjali’s 8 limbed path, yogic breathing, or Pranayama, is defined as “Control of the Life Force,” and is aimed at increasing vital energy in your mind and your body.

Learn Breathing techniques to charge yourself up or calm yourself down, clear your mind or generate positive vibrations.

Some techniques will be done standing, some sitting. No previous yoga experience necessary.

Taught by Jill Frere, Dharma Yoga LOAY 800 hr teacher.
