Queer Yoga is specifically designed for members of the LGBTQIA+ community to practice in a safe and affirming environment. Class is open to all levels and will focus on linking movement with breath for a meditative practice. We will explore different movements, breath work, and meditation throughout our practice.
About the Instructor
Class is led by Glowing Body’s own queer yoga teacher Amberly Kelley, who is a 200hour certified yoga teacher in the process of obtaining her 500hour certification. She incorporates her training in trauma-informed teaching, and her education in recreation therapy, into her teachings.
