Sink in with Yin with Meghan Henley, E-RYT

For the true beginner to the seasoned practitioner. In Yin yoga, we hold passive poses for 3-5 minutes each to affect connective tissues around the joints. These floor poses will help you improve joint mobility and increase circulation. Yin yoga promotes a sense of calm and can reduce stress and anxiety. The mind will follow the body into a Yin state through a guided breathing and simple meditation.
