Full Body Self-Treatment Workshop
Use therapy balls, #alltheprops, and Yin yoga postures to help melt tension throughout the body. We’ll work from toes to top, addressing common areas of restriction and holding.
Class ends with an extended relaxation meditation in corpse pose for further stress
management. Prior yoga experience is helpful but not necessary – all levels welcome!
