Private instruction may be requested through our MindBody site or via the app. Sessions do not have to be ongoing – schedule a session to address an injury, a goal, or to gain insight on ways to improve your practice at home or in group classes. Once you experience a one-on-one session, you will understand why this is the original and classical manner in which yoga is taught. Our teachers have extensive education and experience and tailor their teaching to you in a private session.
